Hand Finishing of Casted Master
Whether printed in 3D on our Solid Scape Max 2/3 z printer or carved by hand by one of our Master Carvers, once approved we cast the model (master), hand finish and detail with one of our master metal sample makers in preparation for making the rubber molds.
Once we have finished and detailed the master, checked stone settings to be correct or links and connections if its an assembled piece such as a bracelet, we prepare a number of photos for the client and send for review and approval.
Only then do we go ahead and make the mold in preparation of production runs.
